Our History

Since 1982, King Street Properties has been serving tenants in Southern Ontario. We began with just 2 residential properties, adding many more detached, semi-detached, townhouses, and condos along the way. Over time, we decided to sell many of the properties and invest in student housing in Waterloo. Today, we focus on providing students and families in Waterloo and Toronto with exceptional rental opportunities that are supported by a well-trained, compassionate management team. We are constantly updating our portfolio to be ahead of changes in population. All properties are licensed by the city of Waterloo.

 

We provide a variety of comfortable, fully furnished rooms. Students can choose between single or double-bed options in all-female or co-ed buildings. Our students stay an average of 3 years or until graduation. We are proud to provide good rental accommodation both.

 

We believe that the primary focus of students should be to complete their post-secondary education so they can move on to bigger and better things in life. Because of that, we include utilities in rent, making the process stress-free and painless.

 

You can trust us to provide 24/7 maintenance for essential services, resolving any issues within 24 hours is possible. Tenant services are easily accessed by email, phone, or text.
