We believe the prime focus of the students is to complete their University education and move on to bigger and better things in life. As a result, we include utilities in the rent plus a fast and efficient maintenance service. Making the process hassle free. Maintenance issues are resolved within 24 hours after it's reported. Emergencies and or urgent issues are handled 24/7 with a possible completion within 24hrs of reporting.
